If your child is not having any problems on your schedule (slow growth, weight gain, puffy face, etc) then the schedule should be working well enough. We had trouble with our daughter. First on 2 times a day with major oversuppression and then 3 times a day with slow growth and moon face. WE worked with her endo and after doing much research and talking with others on this board, we switched her to 4 times a day at 3am, first thing am after waking up, noon and 5ish. She is doing soooo much better on this schedule. She is back on track for height and weight is great as are hormone levels!! She is just one of those who are super sensitive to the Cortef and needed smaller doses spread out according to the circadium rhythm (which tells when bodies normally produce peaks of cortisol.)Julia S
