From what I remember my daughter Chloe had slightly enlarged genitals and also nipples when she was first born.  Also the boys too for a while.  They are passed on from the Mother at birth.  Ashley’s hair (blonde) has always been a little more prominant though all over the body in general so I think it could be the meds also.
