I’m with you Lynn, I’d be at the emergency at the first sign.  Just a few months ago my daughter had a febrile seizure which scared the heck out of me.  She was fine 1 day, the next morning she had a fever which rose quickly.  Next thing I know paramedics were here & she was taken by ambulance to emergency.  Fever is a very scary thing with our kids.  You just never know what could happen.  Turned out she had a UTI which was taken care of with antibiotics.  I hope your child is well now, you’re all in my prayers.
