Apologies for getting back to you late but Ashley has been sick with vomiting and diahorea and off school.  I had to go collect him on Monday from sick bay and he is still feeling a little off colour and weak at the moment.  Anyway, in answer to your question, I dose him as follows:

3am - 5mg Hydrocortisone/ 50 mcg Florinef

7am - 5mg Hydrocortisone

12:00 noon - 3.75mg Hydrocortisone/ 25mcg Florinef

5:00pm - 2.50mg Hydrocortisone/ 25mcg Florinef

 

However, when he is sick as he is at the moment I increase the dose from 2 - 5 times the normal daily dose and give him them every four hours.  I split the florinef (100mcg tablets) over x4 of those doses at 25 mcg each.  Hope that helps.
