 I just have a minute on here right now.... main thing is you CAN get the solu-cortef.  YES you can. The manufacturer has a shortage that is true... but for people like us with our CAH kids that can send it. It will take a direct request but they will do it. They HAVE done it.  Your doctor saying no is the easy way out.

 Cares Foundation and others hopefully can give you better details and info on the "how".

 Get the medic alert too.  Tell your family that they will just have to humour you (smile/wink)  Go with your gut!!! 

 I tell any family member or friend that gives me a second glance as to what we do "just in case".. that I am a mother bear now and mother bears will bite your head off if you get in the way. (big grin)  

Now for some kind peer pressure..... Just do it!
