Danny CarltonYou call that your fifteen minutes of fame? How many times have you been on national TV now? I mentioned your name to our Ped Endo, and he knew who you were. He said you spoke at a conference he went to.
I do disagree with the quote. As far I know Betsy Ross was well-behaved, as was Dolly Madison (I’m mentioning women who could claim their fame through their own actions rather than from marrying someone famous. Even though Dolly Madison was James Madison’s wife, she still put herself in history as prominently as she is through mostly her own actions). Lottie Moon, Annie Armstrong, Jane Grey, Lady Godiva (while her punishment might have been shameful, her actions were noble).
I could go on.
Who knows, maybe you’ll find some buried treasure under all the crumbling mortar.
