I am not sure how to answer because I don’t know if your daughter has CAH and the testosterone levels are off or if just those are off without CAH.  My sister has PCOS and her testosterone is high.  She does not have CAH but from what I understand CAH and Polycystic ovarian syndrome can go together with some.
