I have a 7 y/o son with CAH.  He goes to NIH for treatment and he’s doing very well.  My concern today is for his sister, my 4 y/o daughter.  She has always been smaller than average.   Lately,  she wakes up at night to eat.  She drinks SO much water it reminds me of diabetes.  And now she is not tiny, she’s in the 80th percentile in weight and height.  I brought her to the ped and he ordered a bone age, 17-OHP, and testosterone.  Her testosterone and bone age are below normal and her 17-OHP is elevated.  Does this sound like CAH to you??
