hi, i’m 30 years old and i have CAH.  i remember i had surgery when i was around 7 years old.

My parents didn’t talk about it at all to me, guess they didn’t want me to freak out (neither did my doctor). I started actually knowing more about it only a couple years back when i did a search on CAH on the net.

I’ve been doing well, thank God, and am on a daily dose of prednisolone (5mg).

Was just wondering if there is any adults out there with CAH who could tell me more about it?
