Sheri being how it is such a scary thing . Maybe you are in an area that one of us lives near and we could reccomend another urologist. That way you would have a second opionion. It is always important to have had someone that has had multple expirence in hanlding cases like this. I know I work with many parents around the country and have many resources in the urologist’s department. If you don’t feel comfortable contacting one of us through the board then maybe go to the UrologyHealth.org website . I can give you phone nubers or emails of several very qualified urologists that have dealt with this problem before and would be sensitive to your needs. It won’t hurt to ask , so you will sleep better and have some peace.
