My brother had something similar . He actually quit his meds for a while due to some bad medical abuse expirence. I got him straight on that , at least he takes his meds right now. I can’t say for you son’s (testicles) but my brother’s were so bad they thought he had cancer. Anyway he had kids so I am not so sure about the infertility. He had quit his meds in part due to the DRs told him if he stayed on them he would be infertile. Hope this helps . feel free to email me
