It can take up to half hour for the med’s to reach the small intestine and be absorbed properly and whilst in the stomach it’s possible for it to be all thrown up in a spit up.  So I’d give the dose again if it is a power chuck that’s for sure.  Also, you need to look at ways of disguising the taste in bottle milk or something or in food to avoid the spit ups.  I’d therefore experiment.
