Reflux - ugh.  My daughter is just now a year and I remember those times very well.  It rarely came out her mouth, though, usually her nose.  Anyway, something that really tends to help (meds for it did a little) is the angle at which they are fed.  If they are fed at a 45 degree angle and not laid down flat until at least 15 minutes later it tends to help a great deal.  It didn’t go away until about 6 or 7 months but was much better.
