My daughter’s endo just cut her contef to 5mg/day. She said it should be taken twice a day with 12 hours apart. I heard that cortef normally lasts 6-8 hours. I wonder if it should be distributed 3 times a day with 8 hours apart. Does anyone have any experience how 5mg should be distributed evenly for a day?
