When we have to raise his dose because of illness, our 2 y. o. gets tummy cramps, which are most noticable to us at his bedtime. They keep him awake, writhing and uncomfortable, exactly as you describe.

In the first 12 months we got very little sleep in this house. Now it is only the stress dose that causes these symptoms. So we are all a little less moody now!
