I have two children with CAH and I live in Bamberg,Germany. I work for the Army as a civil engineer (government employee).  I came over from the Pentagon, Washington DC.  I have two boys with CAH - age 4 and 9.  They were born with the salt wasting form of CAH.  CARES helped me find a doctor in Germany. Go the CARES web site and read, read and read. The doctors are great in Germany. I would recommend genetic testing. We had it done and it is blood test (you, your wife and child) to help confirm the CAH and help you plan for other children. http://www.caresfoundation.org/
