My son had General Anesthesia before we found out about his CAH and he recovered just fine.  Maybe, the doctor was confused between the non salt wasters and salt wasters.  I can’t even believe that the anesthesioligist would even comment at all.  Some doctors really need people skills.  Good luck with your son’s recovery.
