Thanks for all the posts. I am going back to my endo in a couple weeks, so I will have my blood checked then and see exactly where I am at. The past 2 weeks I have been drinking a V8 for every meal (and sometimes between meals) and that really has cut down on the salt cravings.  Anyways, yes you can go into crisis with NCCAHand you can also be a salt waster. There really is no cookie cutter definition for all the different things that can go wrong with the adrenal glands. My younger brother has NCCAH and is taking florinef because he is a salt waster.  Severe cases of NCCAH can cause crisis.
