Hi Everyone:

I thought these types of posts where going to the controversy site due to the emotions it provokes.  I’m totally for the surgery I had it as a baby and also as a 23year old who suffered nothing but self-esteem, sexual identity and deep depression problems because I looked like a freak.  No other way to put it, I certaintly didn’t look like the average female nor did I feel like the average female.  I thank god everyday for the skillful pediatric surgeon that did the surgery, I had orgasms before the surgery and I have them after the surgery, I was numb for about six months afterward but it all worked again.  Just as there are some out here who feel its their civic duty to be against it, I feel its only right to be honest about my experiences.  The surgery they did 30-40 years ago isn’t what they do today.
