I think its very important that when we are assessing how we feel that we take into consideration the type of surgery that was performed.  Obviously if your clitoris was removed or they chopped half of it off then something is definetely wrong with the picture and no matter how skilled the surgeon was, if you don’t have the right equipment nothing will work.  I had a surgery when I was a child that didn’t remove the clitoris and the second surgery was the wedge procedure, I didn’t get multilated by a doctor and I understand some out here have had the experience and I feel bad for you.  Its very sad that parents who come her looking for support for their kids find that they are harrassed for their decisions as parents, I know their are others who use to come out here and don’t anymore because of the abuse they got on this board.  I have had parents e-mail me privately in total distress because they felt so bad trying to do the right thing for their little girls, I’m with these parents 100% no matter what they decide.
