I have 21 hydrox def CAH, onset age 7 or earlier, in my 40’s with long history of crises, insufficiency, orthostatic hypotension, high need for salt/liquids when ill, go to bathroom 1-6 times a night, recently shown to have high renin level (only 2nd time checked ever).  Go thru hell trying to stabilize my BP when taper off high dose cortef/crises, as now.  Now to try florinef, but afraid of the unknown, maybe side effects, does it cause bloating, weight issues, low potassium, etc, time of day to take, lowest dose to start.  I’d like some advice/input/reassurance.
