I am ne to the board, but I might give you some advise. I was diagnosed with CAH at birth with salt loss.. My experiecne was that I was best treated ith salt tablets (lilly, 1gm per day.) Works fine. Theya are rather large, but get the sugar coated ones, they help swallowing. glass of water and get them down.

Ask you doctor to switch to FLudrocortisone (Squibb) I guess 0.05 - 0.1 mg per day (evening is best). I had best experience with them.
