arianeHi everybody and thank you for reading me,
I have an 18 months old SWCAH son. I also have another son who is 8 and a half years old, non affected. The genetic test was not realized for him though.
Today, he showed me that he had pigmentation on his testicles and I saw a few hairs on them too. Doctors say that if my baby has the salt wasting form of the disease, his brother could not have a different form of it. But I read a medical article about a rare case of two brothers having two different forms.
I worry about my older son : is it normal to have hairs on the testicles at 8,5 years old ? Could he have the non-classic form of the disease ? He also grows up quickly (+ 2 standard deviations). I think it might be precoceous puberty.
Thanks for your advice.
