Hello, I am very new to this whole situation and overwhelmed. Just need some answers if anyone has them! My 4 yr old daughter was diagnosed w/ LOCAH in Feb due to thin pubic hair and growth spurt. She was put on 12.5 mg Cortisol daily. Gained 8 lbs from then until June appointment. After June labwork, dose was increased to 15mg daily. Sure I want the appropriate dosage to take care of the condition, but I am so worried about side effects. The endo was not concerned about her weight gain - he said she was still within normal limit. I have read about stunted growth as well. Could someone share experience w/ LOCAH, long-term effects, etc? Thanks so much.
