prescription labels and school system
Aug. 6th, 2003   5:24pm

My son is beginning 1st grade-the first time in a public school. They tell me that the Rx label has to match exactly what the Drs medication form says.

He won’t need his regular meds during school hours, but they need some tablets and injections on hand.  I think they may give me a hard time accepting the label stating "3 times  a day" when the form says "double or triple dose if needed".

I have a good emergency letter and also pictures showing how to do the injection--I should have known they would find something to fuss about.

Any ideas?
