Hi All,
I am 22 weeks pregnant with my 4th little man. This baby like his older (2yr old) brother will have SV CAH.( one SW gene one SV gene). After speaking with the endo, I wasn’t sure if she was going to have an ACTH stim test done on him after he is born. I wonder if it would be important to do one if only to see what kind of  cortisol blockage he has compared to his what his brother had. I don’t know if it would really matter?????

The endo did say that after we are discharged from our local hospital to bring the baby in to her office on the 3rd day to get his bloods etc... My 2 yr old son didn’t start meds until about 30 days and was never close to a crisis. He ate, slept and gained weight without a problem.
