That’s great that you have someone so close to talk with who understands.  Our son is 14mos old (SWCAH) & our endo put us in touch with a family here in our city who has a little girl w/SWCAH right after our first appointment.  They have sinced moved out of state, but we have so much in common (outside CAH) that we have remained friends and keep in touch regularly.  They were a Godsend to me (and my family) in those first days -to know that we could manage this & when we first met in person, it was such a great experience.  Our endo has asked us if we would be a contact for anyone else in the future -and of course we said yes.  I wish others had this opportunity -there are of course networking resources through CARES & MAGIC, but it’s amazing to find someone by chance nearby.  Best wishes!
