Hello!

I have a 3 1/2 month old daughter with SWCAH. She woke up yesterday with a low grade fever and blood in her diaper. I just assumed that she had finally picked up at UTI, but after 6 hours at the pediatrician’s and emergency room, a pediatric urologist diagnosed it as vaginal discharge (somewhat like a the mini-period that some infant girls have after birth)  probably caused by taking the cortef.  I’m not really buying this explaination, so just wondered if anyone else has had this happen to them.
