Has anyone experienced the move/change of their child’s ped endo?  We had our endo from birth for our daughter who is now 7.  We received wonderful care all those years, and now that she has left the state I feel lost!  She referred us to another ped endo in her practise, and the new ped endo is very busy and not available until Oct.  I’m sure the new one will be fine, but she is farther away (our ped endo’s office was closed when she left) and I don’t know how she is when it comes to dealing with an emergency.  Besides having an excellent rapport with our ped endo, we felt safe with her, she knew what to do when my daughter had to go the ER.  Thanks, just had to ventilate those feelings!
