My son was diagnosed at age 4 weeks after going into adrenal crises (He is SW17OHP deficient).  Due to the low sodium level (92) at diagnosis, the doctors told us there would probably be some "glitches", but they were unsure what they would be.  Son, Drew, is now 14, Great Kid, good athlete, but extremely learning disabled.  My question is has anyone else experienced learning difficulties and if so do they know if CARES Foundation has any educational resourses or if anyone knows of any resources elsewhere.  My child is being left behind by the California educational system and I am in desperate need of help.  Thanks.
