Actually there are so many physical symptoms of mercury poisoning that 21 Hydroxylase deficiency due to such would just be one of the miriad of things that goes wrong looking at other symtoms of it.  In people with congenital adrenal hyperplasia the lack is only of one enzyme whereas with mercury poisoning I have a feeling that that could affect many enzymes causing many different conditions all at once.
