Many thanks for your quick reply. 

Will  be discussing the tremors with the endo at the next appointment.  When he was a toddler my son used to get hypoglycemic but this wasn’t recognised as a side effect of the CAH at the time.  He is taking prednisone at the moment so your thoughts are very interesting.
