We have been looking for a family AND a doctor in Taiwan...thus far to no avail.  In the course of this search, however, we did speak with Ann Carlson at Cornell and she has been helping us out.  You an reach her at adcarlso@mail.med.cornell.edu.  If I remember correctly, she is in contact with someone who studied and worked with Dr. New who is now in Singapore.
