We live in Maryland.  Our county is extremely rigid.  (See my post to Wolverine above about more why we held off.) 

We, personally, take the kit everywhere....but I knew school would be a different story.  Now if my husband or I are unable to go on a field trip,  they have to pay for a nurse to go along.  This is just how they’ve decided to handle it.
