I lived in the Washington DC area for 10 years and I thought that Maryland was somewhat progressive   You need to contact your Senator and Congress(peson) = especially one that is on the HEALTH commitees.  And local the Maryland Health Department. CAH newborn testing was brought before the legislation and so they KNOW what it all about.  You need to stand up for your child’s legal rights!!
