They just performed an ACTH test on my son, and I haven’t got all the answers yet. I have a 14 months old son initially diagnosed and treated as swcah but now in the process of reevaluating that diagnostic due to the genetic results (found a mutation associated with Non Classic CAH). Believe it or not, we don’t know what he has/had yet, after all these months.

My question to you is regarding the 17 OHP before and after the acth stim test. His cortisol went up from 1.4 to 19.1 (which seems ok) and the 17 ohp from 14 to 23. Do you know if this is within the right range?
