I wish I had an exact answer for you, but I can only say what I have experienced.  I try to keep my son on schedule, but often times it just doesn’t work out that way.  He has SWCAH and is 2.  I know that he has never experienced any problem with being off schedule that I can tell.  He has always been healthy.  Also, he has never had it affect his stomach.
