Hi, My baby girl is SWCAH and is 11 months old. She has been doing really well lately but her endo just called me saying that we need to lower her dose because her OHP level came back less thatn 10 , which means we are giving her too much cortisol. We use a suspension, does anyone else? Shouldn’t we be increasing her medicine instead of lowering it? I asked the endo and he said we need to work with what the labwork says and I believe him. She has been on the same dosage since birth. I’m wondering if any of you have had a similar experience.
