I can’t remember so far back Jon but I am sure I never woke Ashley up to give med’s. LOL!  If he slept I always presumed he wasn’t active and needing the stuff anyway.  Cortisol levels rise when they wake anyway and there is the time to give it to them.  I guess if they are sleeping  way past the time though you may be best to change the routine around them.  Like give it an hour or so earlier and make the morning dose coincide with that too 12 hour wise.
