Hello everyone,

I keep hearing that CAH patients have problems of being short and overweight, especially for salt wasting patients. My baby girl is about 4 months old.  I kind of worry about what may happen in the future. I mean I can accept the fact that she looks somewhat overweight than other girls. But it’s the obesity that truly scares me because all kinds of other problems can arise from that. I also don’t want to see that she grows up to be so short that she feels she becomes the subject of being laughed about. Can someone tell me how serious these problems are in reality? If her condition is well managed, can these problems still happen?
