From what I can grasp, different people with CAH may or may not be sensitive to cortef and show side effects even when under good control.  My daughter was under good control, but was not growing.  (SHe has always been slim (so are her father and I) and is very solid, well coordinated and strong.)  So her particular problem was; not growing.  Her numbers were fine.  We kept the same dose (at first and then we actually lowered her totally daily dose. ) but we switched to dosing 4 times a day with one at 3am.  This made all the difference in the world.  She started growing and is now at 50% in height with numbers still being good.  Just monitor your daughter for these possible issues and if they occur you might want to switch her schedule.  Many people do fine on traditional scheduling and therefore there is no problem.  Good luck.
