circadian dosing

Hello

Sorry to go over old ground again but I need some info on circadian dosing

Our 4 yr old SW daughter has had quite high 17 ohp measurements for quite some time now and I have been so busy with another new baby and our other three children that I have been letting it ride.  We have been giving her HC at breakfast time (1/2 tablet), early afternoon (1/4 Tablet) and bedtime (1/4 tablet), though sometimes, if life is extremely hectic, I forget the afternoon one and double up in the evening.  We give all her FC at bedtime too.  Her early morning readings (if I haven’t doubled up) are very high and our endo wants us to increase her HC and give her even more in the evening.  I know that this isn’t ideal and would like to know more about circadian dosing and the article by Mueller.  Anyone know any links? And does anyone have any advice for an exhausted mother?  I still haven’t got the baby sleeping through and the thought of having to get up at 3 am fills me with dread!  THough of course I would do it if necessary.  Also if you do dose at 3 am how do you get the child to take it?  Our daughter hates the HC tablet and kicks up a fuss during the day, so would it wake her at night?

I would be so grateful for any help

Thanks

Sarah
