While it’s not that much of a big deal to get the system with all it’s regulations to pay for an aide to train staff members and all (if it doesn’t go smoothly you only need to mention code words like: ’handicapped’ and ’discrimination’ and all doors will open) it’s much harder (and the desire is much less) to dedicate yourself for a project where you will have to finance it out of your own pocket.
