So your son has been on treatment and they are his numbers? What medication is he on and what dose? Is he really taking his meds? Do you see him take them?

If he didn’t have such out-of-control 17-OHP numbers, I’d be thinking he had developed Addisons Disease (or perhaps a Thyroid disorder)...... very tired, fast heartbeat, headaches, weight loss, tanned patches .... all related to adrenal disorders.

Even if growth is finished, a person with SWCAH requires lifelong treatment...it will not go away!

He sounds quite a sick chappy to me. I think he needs more urgent evaluation.
