The person who gave the negative review sounds like someone who was used to manipulating people and doesn’t like that the book weakens her powers over those she’d like to manipulate. She said "The boundaries my daughter has set up excludes us from any joy we might have in the birth of our first grandchild." My wife’s sister has a mother-in-law that pushed her way into the delivery room to watch the delivery, without bothering to see if it was okay with my wife’s sister. It sounds like that kind of situation. What else could she have meant by that phrase? What does that tell you?
