Wow - That could have been me... except for the severity of the ambiguous genitalia......though when they tried to catheterize me to inject dye into my cervix (I was trying to get pregnant and they were doing tests) they couldn’t get it up there - it wouldn’t go - so they hospitalized me and did it laparoscopically. I was tallest in my class at age 7, quit growing at age 11, amorrhoea (no periods), and male pattern balding - all by age 19 when I was diagnosed. Amazing she lived that long. I’ve recently talked about that confusion too - dizziness, etc. That’s the part of CAH that I’d like some answers to.
