I asked this question once and was told an adrenal gland would be extremely difficult to transplant but even if it was simple, the recipient would need to take steroids for the rest of their life (in greater quantities than patients with CAH have) in order to prevent rejection of the new organ.  So, not really a worthwhile option, even if possible!  We will have to hope for a cure instead.
