I asked this question on this board a few times recently but haven’t received any feedback so far.

My son is finally recuperating from his long stretch of fever and we are starting to look into doing an ACTH stim test again.  I was wondering if it’s worth it to do the test already or could the fever have affected his cortisole levels and an ACTH will not be that accurate now?
