Low blood pressure can be a result of salt lack. It’s all part and parcel of aldosterone deficiency. You can have CAH and be a salt loser or not be a salt loser. i also think you can be somewhere inbetween too. Perhaps you should have blood tests though if the problem is mild your blooods may not really show a problem because they may just come within the acceptable ranges leaving you still with the problem you currently have. The only signs they could go by is low blood pressure and low sodium levels and esily prone to dehydration in that case? Not sure. Some children are better FOR the aldosterone though, even thought they are supposedly just cortisol deficient so adults would be the same I guess.Anne-Marie
