I think not only would it grow back more slowly, but the hair thickness would be affected too you know... I mean it will obviously dwarf the growth of the hair in length and width and may mean eventually not needing to shave if your hair grows back weaker or it affects the follicle itself.  I may try this by waxing the hair from the follicle and then applying saw Palmetto daily as an experiment actually.  Thanks.
